The stay at this charming inn was fantastic! With the family, including my son's clan, we particularly loved the cozy living area, which felt like home. Plus, exploring nearby hiking trails was a hit for everyone. The overall ambiance was just delightful.

In my wife’s opinion, an indoor play area for kids would be great.

The cozy lobby with a fireplace and endless coffee made us feel right at home, while the large pool was perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. Relaxing by the heated pool and lounging in the garden area was just what we needed. The only downside was that the furniture in the room could use a little updating, but it didn’t ruin our great stay! 🌟

svendsgaard's inn is in a great location, just a short walk from the main town area. the classic king room was very clean and cozy. the staff was absolutely excellent, especially ricky, who always greeted us with a smile. We loved the outdoor pool. it was a hit with the kids and perfect for relaxing. overall, it felt like a welcoming place to stay.

My experience at the hotel was a nightmare. The check-in process was chaotic. I felt rushed and chastised by the night clerk. To make matters worse, the room I entered was uncomfortably warm and smelly, making it impossible to relax or sleep. My requests for assistance were dismissed, and I was left to deal with the horrible conditions alone, feeling completely unheard and disrespected by the staff.

We had an awesome time! The staff was super friendly and the room was spotless. Loved the comfy bed and the little Keurig for our coffee fix. It was nice to have breakfast delivered in a bag. Only bummer was finding a dirty sock under the bed. The picnic area was a nice touch for relaxing outside!
